We are looking to coordinate efforts across our island and coastal towns through community-based programs that provide planning, outreach, and bulk services that individuals may not otherwise afford or access. The Community Clean Energy Grant will empower communities to lead targeted campaigns, audits, and upgrades that will insulate homes and strengthen energy resilience.
